The History of the Salinas
In the southeast of Mallorca there is a unique natural landscape of dunes, wetlands and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island: the Es Trenc nature reserve. This is exactly where we find the ideal conditions for producing our salts in our salt pans. The history of the salt pans begins in the 1950s.
Strong milestones
Flor de Sal is harvested and sold in the saltworks for the first time under the brand Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc.
For the first time, test winner of the respected German “Stiftung Warentest” as the best Fleur de Sel.
Certified organic for the first time according to the strict EU regulations. Further certifications will follow.
Support for those affected by the pandemic who are socially weakened through collaboration with the organization HOPE MALLORCA.
Continuous contribution to species protection on land and at sea in various projects.
