and conditions herein.

This website is owned by Gusto Mundial Baleárides, S.L. (“GMB”). All rights on
contents, images, text, design and software therein pertain to GMB.
All items contained in this website, including without limitation, the design and contents
thereof, are protected by Copyright Laws and International Intellectual and Industrial
Property agreements referring to Copyright.
Use of its contents
Unless otherwise expressly authorized by GMB, the contents of this web may not be
reproduced, transmitted or exploited in any way whatsoever.
Liabilities
Despite the utmost effort invested by GMB to ensure the accuracy and veracity of the
contents of this website, it may contain mistakes or inaccuracies. We therefore do not
guarantee the veracity, reliability or accuracy of its contents.
GMB shall not be held liable for any information contained in third party websites linked
to the website of GMB.
Under no circumstance whatsoever will GMB be held liable for any damages of any
nature arising from, or related to, the use of this website.
GMB shall be indemnified for damages caused by the breach of these terms and
conditions or the use of the website contents without prior authorization to do so.
If any stipulation contained herein should lack or eventually lack validity or should be
deemed non-exercisable according to applicable legislation, said stipulation would be
null and void, albeit only with regard to the specific lack of validity, and shall not affect
any other stipulation contained herein.
Said terms and conditions of use shall be interpreted and governed by Spanish
legislation in force. Any controversy arising from said terms and conditions will be
resolved by the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain. This will however not prevent GMB
from exercising its right to resolve any litigation in another competent jurisdiction.
GMB reserves the right to change the contents of this website at any time and with no
advance notice required.

This online store associated with this website and used in the United States is operated
by Houghton Importing (the “Online Store”) and all content available on the Online Store
are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of the
Online Store, that your use of the Online Store is at your sole risk, that you assume full
responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any
equipment you use in connection with your use of the Online Store, and that Houghton
Importing and GMB not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of the
Online Store.
In addition, from time to time there may be information on the Online Store that contains
typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions,
pricing, and availability. GMB and Houghton Importing reserve the right to correct any
errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time
without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
GMB and Houghton Importing reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review
these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from the Online Store.
THE PRODUCTS
General
The products appearing in this website are in stock unless otherwise indicated on the
Online Store. If for any reason the unavailability of a specific product were to be
discovered subsequent to having received payment for said product Houghton
Importing will immediately inform the customer via electronic mail of this fact, offering
either to postpone the delivery or to reimburse the monies paid.
Prices
The price established for each product shall be that in effect on the Online Store at the
time the order is placed. Houghton Importing may modify its prices at any time without
need for advance notice. The prices displayed on the Online Store may differ from
prices that are available in stores. The prices displayed are quoted in U.S. Dollars and
are valid and effective only in the U.S.
Upon making a purchase via the Online Store, the customer undertakes to accept the
sales conditions and abide by them.
Delivery times
Orders received by 2:00pm PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after
2:00pm PST typically ship the next business day. All orders within California are typically
delivered within one to two business days. All others outside of California are typically
served within a period of three to five business days, depending on the delivery
destination. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select for faster
delivery service.
Shipping Options
Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Our shipping and processing
charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased
item(s), transportation and related overhead. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The
buyers pays shipping costs as calculated below:

MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payment shall be made via PayPal to the account of HoughtonImporting@gmail.com.
Returns
We are sure you will love your selection of Flor de Sal. If there was a problem with your
shipment or you need to make a return, we accept returns for defective or flawed goods.
Once the customer has received the product no returns or exchanges will be accepted,
unless the product should present a flaw or defect. In the event that the product should
present a flaw or defect, customer shall have a period of seven (7) calendar days, as of
the date of receipt of the product, to exercise the right of return by sending an email to
Karina@flordesaldestrenc.com.
In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its
original packaging. Once goods have been received at our warehouse, reimbursement
will be made by means of payment originally used by the customer. In any event, the
return of flawed products and mistaken deliveries will be admitted, and Houghton
Importing will be responsible for all shipping costs provided the customer notifies the
seller within seven (7) calendar days as of the date of receipt of product. In order to
make a return, the customer must send an email indicating the reason for the return to

Customer Details
Registration
In order to make a purchase at our Online Store or to access certain services, the
customer must enter personal details and select a password to allow access to all areas
requiring prior identification. This will prevent the customer from having to enter this
information at every access. As of the time the customer registers with our secure
server or should place an order, customer personal details, address and means of
payment shall be added to our database, to be used exclusively to process the order, as
well as for sending information and offers and services that may be of interest to the
customer.
Customer registration details may be modified at any time (change of address,
telephone number, etc) or new password requested if original one has been forgotten.

the purpose of personalizing and enhancing your web experience and for no other
purpose.
The information we ask from you when ordering on-line is your name, address, phone
number, credit card number, email address and is used only to complete the order, to
confirm the order, to ship the order and to confirm shipment of the order.
Houghton Importing and GBM do not otherwise utilize your personal information in any
way and never shares or sells your e-mail address or other personal information to
other companies. No information is collected about you unless you apply for registration
or purchase products from us. “Cookies” (small bits of text that your web browser
software stores on your computer when you visit certain web sites) are used by the
Online Store only to allow you to use web site in the most efficient manner.

from parents. Houghton Importing and GMB shall not be held liable for the veracity or
accuracy of the data entered by the user and thus is not able to verify the age thereof.
Specifically, and with no implication of any restriction whatsoever on the foregoing
paragraph, during the use of the Online Store the user undertakes to:
a) Provide true information on the data requested in the user registration form or
placing of orders, and to keep such data current.
b) To not enter, store or disclose in or from the website, any information or material
deemed to be defamatory, injurious, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, should incite to
violence or discrimination by reason of race, gender, ideology or religion or which in any
way should offend the decency, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms,

any equipment, systems or networks of GMB or Houghton Importing of any other user,
of the suppliers of GMB or Houghton Importing or generally of any third party.
d) To diligently safeguard the “user name” and the “password” provided by Houghton
Importing assuming all liability for damages arising from the improper use thereof.
e) Not carry out advertising or commercial promotion activities via the Online Store,
and not use the contents and information therein to send publicity, or send messages
with any kind of marketing objective nor to collect or store third party personal data.
f) Not use false information, nor impersonate the identity of others in the use of this
website or in the use of any services contained therein, including the use if applicable of
passwords or access codes of third parties or in any other way.
g) Not to destroy, alter, use for personal gain, render unusable or damage the data,

suppliers or third parties.
h) Not enter, store or disclose via the store any content that may infringe the
copyright or business secrets of third parties, nor generally any content that the law
should forbid from disclosing to a third party. The customer undertakes to enable the
delivery of the order placed by providing a delivery address where the product may be
delivered within the usual timetable of delivery of goods. In the event of breach by the
customer of this obligation, GMB or Houghton Importing shall not be held liable for any
delay or failure in the delivery of the order placed by the customer.
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
Entire Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference any notices contained in
this website and the Online Store and constitute the entire agreement with respect to
your access to and use of this website and the Online Store. If any provision of these
Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be
deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of the remaining terms.
Jurisdictions
These terms and conditions and the use of this website as it relates to transactions in
the United States and Houghton Importing shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States of America, as they
apply to agreements made and solely performed in California. Any action relating to
the use of this website or the Online Store must be brought in state of federal courts
located in the County of San Francisco, California.
Houghton Importing makes no representations that materials in this website are
appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access this website from
outside the United States, please understand that this website and the Online Store
may contain references and/or links to products and services that are not available or
are prohibited in your country.

with the legislation in force in Spain in this regard, to be applied to any matter not
foreseen therein. The agreement as it relates to GMB is understood to be entered into
in Santanyi, province of Mallorca (Spain), which shall determine the applicable
jurisdiction in the event of any controversy that may arise therefrom. The fiscal name is
