With its Limited Edition special ranges, Flor de Sal dʼEs Trenc participates in the Slowfood philosophy, sometimes called eco-gastronomy. These carefully blended varieties are made with organically and locally grown seasonal produce. Only the best is selected and hand-blended with Flor de Sal dʼEs Trenc. The percentage of ingredients in these blends is of approximately 35%, thus rendering the aroma and flavours even more intense and delicious for a gourmet palate.

Their careful production mean these are limited editions that are only available during the season of the ingredients contained in each.

Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc: Lemon and Lavender

A refreshing and tasty combination of Flor de Sal dʼEs Trenc with lemon zest from the Son Barrina farm in Inca (Mallorca), lemon thyme and a touch of lavender. All these fragrant ingredients are ideal for lovers of fusion cuisine. Flor de Sal dʼEs Trenc Lemon and Lavender adds a special touch to lamb, pork, chicken and game dishes.

Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc: Orange and chili

The fruity fragrance of the ortanic oranges of the Caʼs Sant Farm in Sóller (Mallorca) and the impetuous spiciness of the chilli pepper are ideal for poultry and marinated fish dishes. Flor de Sal dʼEs Trenc Orange and Chilli also works well with asparagus and avocado salad.
